My experience has been that spring and fall are the best times to sell in The Wash. metro area, and that here in South Florida where we have only two seasons (wet and dry), the best time to sell is the dry season.

Consequently someday, if I look to buy, I will do so in D.C. in summer or winter and in Florida in the wet season.
