We had this really sexy agent wanting a 7% commission last week, I said if you meet me at motel 6 this weekend were on! She didn't take kindly to that at all! She said how disgusting - that is not even funny and walked out of the house!! The thing is I wasn't joking! Use this as an indicator of how well they are still doing, when you can just walk out on about 25K or so in commission you are not hurting for cash - hehe. Now back in ga I guess the women needed the commission worse cause a few of them weren't offended with similar offers - hehe. This really bummed me out for the rest of that day - she was really hot.
