Berger/Clarke had a 24/7 Ai Qaida desk which put out the alert before the Milennium to keep all border guards super vigilant. It worked. When Bush was warned on 8-6 of impending Al Qaida attacks he did nothing. Hence 9-11. Bush also folded the Al Qaida desk and did not replace it. Almost as if Bush wanted to protect Al Qaida. And where is Osama? Something is very fishy about Bush's "war on terror". All he cared about was Iraq. He has actually done very little against Al Qaida compared to what he's done in Iraq.
