In 1998, CLinton's bombing campaign against Iraq proved effective. The tough rhetoric of Clinton and Kerry came before that campaign. It did the trick for the most part. Saddam was defanged and in a box.

You have to wonder, when Bushies lied and told the UN that the mobile hydro labs were WMD's sites, why didn't they just bomb them? Same with the reputed Al Qaida camp which turned out to be something different. Why did they have to invade and occupy the whole country without adequate prep and allies?

Something is very very fishy about Bush and Iraq, and 9-11.
