here is your quote from post 57

"I'm sure the intel failures were not deliberate....and no one in the WH has called them a liar...."

I have not misquoted you, or if I did...I apologize. Now, back to the question. How can you be "sure" the intel failures were not deliberate?

As to the other part of my question, I am thumbing through different reports of the Senate Intelligence Committee. I do find some references to Niger, but I do not see anywhere findings that make Wilson a liar, or any conclusions by the Committee that would make Wilson's statements patently false. As you have so cleverly pointed out before, it can't be a lie unless he knew he was stating a falsehood....accidents don't count. So, please, again, with all politeness...point me to the finding or the stated conclusion that makes wilson a liar.

I am not trying to be cute, here. I do not see anything in the Intelligence Committee findings that would support your statement.
