The question is whether it the cases you posted are outliers and/or collateral damage, that are seen in any war, or whether they are statistically significant, systemic abuses. If the latter, then I'd say we have a problem. If the former, which I suspect is the case, then no army in the world will every avoid having that happen in their midst, just as crime will always be a part of good societies as long as their are humans on this earth. You hawks always have an excuse for your failures and when you run out of excuses, you lie. It was months before the US military admitted it was friendly fire that killed Tilden. They continue to lie about the Italian reporter and others whom they have shot and/or killed in the past 2 1/2 years.
