Oh, ha ha ha.....don't start celebrating yet.<<gg>> I know how to talk to sellers who can't sell their properties in tough times, and how to deal with buyers in the same environment. I think it might be time for me to dust off my real estate license, become a troll and make some real money. The sellers might not understand the "new" market conditions and the younger agents might not, either......but I do! (Took some lessons in a very expensive course taught by a guy who sold millions worth of real estate in the deepest, darkest days of the Detroit Depression, a couple decades ago. Used some of them myself in our own local real estate downturn, and learned how to develop my own. Business boomed. Certain techniques do work! <<gg>>)
