Is 5 million enough to raise an army to demand a fair go? <BERLIN (AP) - Germany's unemployment rate crept up to 11.5 percent in July from 11.3 percent the month before, the state labor agency said Thursday.

Some 68,000 more people were out of work, with a jobless total of 4.77 million, the seasonally unadjusted figures showed.

5 million unemployed hanging around looking for trouble and action and a piece of the pie must be a threat.

I will not be surprised to see uniforms and order start springing up in Germany. Getting control of the situation will be needed.

1870, 1915, 1940 - then a long gap. Like the San Andreas fault, they must be due for action.
