The left hates Israel.

Really? That's awfully interesting. Why are so many American jewish people Democrats then? Are they self-haters. Why have Democrats supported aid for Israel?

Questioning our support for Israel and analyzing if that support is increasing our terrorist threat is hardly equal to hating Israel. We have good reason, all Americans, to wonder why our government gives away $3 Bil a year when we are running large deficits and our infrastructure is crumbling??? It doesn't matter so much that it's Israel receiving the funds.

But, we're fighting a War on Terrorism as well, and OBL and other Arab terrorist have cited our support for Israel as one of their reasons for attacking us. Should we just bury our heads in the sand and ignore what THEY said, is that the conservative approach to solving terrorism? That's a half-baked way to run a foreign policy. If we're catching a backdraft in increased terrorism for our support of Israel, then we are right to question if it is money well spent. You do want to lessen our threat of terrorism? Forcing Israel to the bargining table is hardly a hateful position.

Come on, please keep things in perspective. You stifle legitimate debate when you incorrectly call legitimate criticism of American foreign policy = hate.
