We were talking about terrorism. But there was quite a lot of violence that involved women and children during the war for independence. And men and women were sometimes whipped in the streets if they wouldn't join up with the revolutionaries (or whipped if they wouldn't join up with the British.) I merely picked the Boston Tea Party because it happens to be an act of terrorism we have enshrined in our collective memory. So are you ok with terrorism that destroys property?
