But the desire for humanoid robots is bizarre. Robots, sure. I'd love to have a robot vacuum the rug and mow the lawn, and the thought of a nice quiet robot wheeling into my hospital room to take my temperature seems quite all right. But don't make them humanoid!

Have you seen one of the little Sony robodogs. Why would anyone substitute a robot for a living pet? I wonder when Sony will role out the first robospouse?
