Cars are not very important other than to get around safely. I always make sure my brakes and tires are in perfect working order, and have ours serviced on schedule.

We had only had if for 2 days when we took off for that trip to the Selway.

It's been a great car, and I feel safe in it.

I BOUGHT TWO NEW CARS IN MY LIFE. A FIRST GREMLIN (1970) and a 1979 DATSUN 280ZX. Both were great cars. I kept my 280ZX for 13 years. The Gremlin was a great deal for the next buyer, it didn't even need a wheel alignment - spot on the factory specs, after 4 years and 54,000 miles commuting 125 mi round trip to college 3 days a week and delivering 500 Sunday papers every Sunday.
