The radio show concerned a nuclear response on Islamic holy sites - if it was determined after an ATTACK ON THE US - a NUCLEAR ATTACK - that Islamic terrorists were the ones involved.

I think idea has more merits. Since it is a holy site to all 3, perhaps it will push the religious fanatics to work it out with each other.
