Ted, One of his key representatives on earth, the Pope, opposed the war in Iraq and yet you support Mr. Bush and the war.

a) I'm not Catholic.

So the Pope doesn't worship the same God as you do? Isn't the Pope one of the highest religious figures in the world whether you are Catholic or not? Isn't that why so many non Catholics attended the funeral in Rome?

b) If Pope Benedict XIV came out tomorrow in support of the war, you'd call him a fraud instead of "one of [God's] key representatives."

But we both know he's not likely to do so....so why the speculation?

c) Someone who can't remember the details of Jesus feeding 5,000 people with five loaves and two fishes is hardly qualified to speak on behalf of Christianity.

Dude, I didn't say I spoke on behalf of Christianity.....I said the Pope did.

Ted's point was aimed at MM, if I recall correctly, and he's Catholic.
