as i happen to work in the business of providing health care to immigrants and have 20 years experience doing so, I know a thing or two about it, and no, it does not contradict what I know to be true.

If a study contradicts what you have seen with your own 2 eyes - are you to believe the study? Do you feel the source of this study is unbiased - do you think they may have an agenda? If not why?
