Listen Bub, I've done my time in the military, as did my father and his before him as well as my brothers......my son recently enlisted..... I don't need you or any other yellow belly telling me how to conduct myself.....and only a real dumbass thinks that one must put on a uniform to support the policy and presence in Iraq..... If you want to continue posting on this thread and you have something constructive to add, then you are welcome....however, using the deaths of our troops in an attempt to score some cheap political points on a bulletin board will not be tolerated. I am afraid you have a very callous view of President Bush. IMHO of all the Presidents we have had since probably Abe Lincoln, it hurts Bush mentally more then most every time a troop dies. Bush is a pretty emotional fellow you know. He as well as many of us feel this Iraq thing is necessary for the future of OUR WORLD. Probably, to be honest, even more Iraqs would be a good thing if the Western World would help some more. But, we do what we can do. We are at war with Fanatical Islamic sects. Granted that wasnt Iraq under Saddam but he supported them and would continue to support them as a weapon against us. If you are to be believed you have seen with your own eyes the people of Iraq. If you are trying to tell us the PEOPLE in general are not supportive of the overthrow of Saddam and the establishment of their own government under democratic principles then I question either your intelligence or your claims. jdn
