This is a PM that the author has allowed me to post. It's about our Winger visitors... "Here's what it looks like to me: Some people are attracted to the thread because their point of view is the OPPOSITE to what is in fact the subject matter. So they arrive and start arguing with people, insulting people and demeaning people. Very rarely do they post anything of substance to back up their point of view. But the reason is simple; they are not here to do that--they are here to argue and bash people around. The regular participants in the thread are not like that, in that they are sympathetic to the subject matter, are prepared to post things of interest to them and are prepared to DISCUSS differences. That atmosphere vanishes quickly when the other type of person appears because soon the thread is just a boxing ring with NO substance. I am not in the slightest interested in that and I would guess that most of your regular participants are not either."
