Try Firefox, it should definitely work. Timing out could have many reasons. Believe me, the link as displayed works. I use both Explorer and Firefox. My sons use www.opera.com but that one requires commands different from Explorer, Netscape and Firefox and I am too old for that. Can someone check the link in the post below and see if it works for you? I keep getting timed out. Taro does not seem to have the same problem. I want to see if my browser is messed up. TIA.
