We don't send them back like the mexicans. It's bad for these people, the choice is death or to flee. I will use this analogy for what I have seen in palm beach. You used to have this nice yacht, and the rising tide the economists talk about starting drowning some folks down in thier wooden makeshift canoe - so the nice yacht people reached down and lift them up to the big nice boat. Now lots of people on the boat, but it still doing pretty good and looking sharp - the tide lifts again - more drowning are lifted into the boat, now the boat starting to get a little run down, not too bad though, just a little ragged - few more people than it was designed to hold - but they all manange and didnt have to see fellow humans suffer or die. Well a couple more tides rise and the boat is really overcrowded now - there are other boats way up in the midwest with lots of space - but the people drowning now dont want to go there and start new cities of their own on those boats - thats too much work - they want to pile on that yacht that is close by - well the boats freshwater begins to get tainted and it becomes very stressful living on this crowded boat - and every liberal who in the past wanted to save thier fellow human now say fugg that - and decide to let thier brudder drown or they fear the boat will sink. All the while they could have sent thier brudder to the places with lots of land that had space for them - but bad city planning and resource management from the national and state level didn't do what was needed. America has so much land where population densities are less than 1 person a mile - to keep sending new immigrants that need to come here to live to places with 3K plus per mile seems very foolish to me. Things just get too chaotic at that point. Cancer rates are higher in these high density areas, pollution is worse, stress and heart attacks much worse. My yard man went to missouri when he first came to the states from cuba - said he couldn't make it there because no one spoke spanish so he came back to palm beach. He hates it here, fears his kids will get on drugs here - I said well you speak good english now - why not go where the population and drugs is not so bad - he said well I am already established now. If you want to help these central americans - cant the government go to the open lands we have everywhere and do some civil engineering and get some instacities put up for the immigrants? Let 3-5K at a time move in - they will have thier local culture built in and have all the good things of living in america without making the standard of living fall for areas too crowded allready? The person I knew with the masters in sociology moved away from california where she could really help some immigrants to a little town - hahira ga. I asked her why did she take that great state funded education and leave an area that really needed her skills to an area where she doesnt give back a lot of utility to the community - she told me she didnt want her kids growing up in all that rat race and gang warfare and mexican, lat am, black fighting and divisions. I said well why not tell some of the immigrants back in california your discovery and let them share the glory, she sad no way - then it would go to crap too - how 2 faced.
