I try not to read the posts which are conflict directed- and I'm only reading yours this one time, but I do NOT want to talk about anyone (except in a pleasant, kind and complimentary way) who is not included in this conversation, which is between you and me. You may talk about yourself any way and you like, and you may talk about me nicely, or (even better) you could talk about ideas- but barring that, I'm really not interested. It's not about blinders; it's about different points of view, and different motivations, and a way different sense of what is appropriate and productive.

The worse kind of bully is one who is afraid to allow the other party to speak or to defend--but arbirarily shuts down their voice and their truth.
