Mr. Bush is so far from "Conservative" that it isn't even funny... Message 21552429 The Bushies are racking up THE BIGGEST deficits in my lifetime...The Bushies are also working to gut important environmental safeguards...This is NOT conservative...REAL CONSERVATIVES are all about living within your means and being a good steward of the environment (Mr. Bush has the worst environmental track record of any U.S. president in the last 100 years). We are all different Sun but you cant own the term conservative anymore than you can own liberal. I consider myself a progressive first and i am all over the lot on my views. I am pro-life in my own life but pro-choice. I am a supply sider and think the traditional balance the budget uber alles folks are all wet. I am for conservation of energy and think both parties energy policies are all wet. On FP i am still a realist though they rope me with Wilsonian rhetoric whether from Woody or Bush. I consider democrats largely reactionary just like the republicans were re: FDR. Give me new policies and i will happily consider them. I fully expect to vote democratic again sooner rather than later. With the exception of McCain and Giuliani, i think stronger candidates are dems like biden, hillary, bayh. I hate the left wing and self righteous dean and disingenous kerry and pompous al. But i like Hillary because she is a pols pol. Mike
