I wouldn't let our soldiers leave if that meant Iraq would decend into a dictatorship or Iranian theocracy. However, civil war may be unavoidable. I'd just make sure we stay well out of the way of a civil war, and that we help the duly elected gov't come out on top of the civil war by helping with logistics, arms, and training.
