I do not excuse it. I try not to PERSONALLY condemn it in anyone anymore. I say I dislike things in general, but I'm trying not to get personal, even with the people who heap abuse on me. I think I've taken a lot of heaping shovelfuls of abuse, and said quite a bit less about it than many (most) people would have. IF you think you can do better, I will follow your shining example of fairness, kindness and non-hostile behavior, just as soon as I see it. That I may not be as "consistent" as a robot makes me human. At least I try. I would be the first to say I am not perfect- but not even you (I think) can say I'm not trying. Or maybe you can? I don't know. It doesn't matter. I am doing the best I can. There are better targets for your lectures, imo. There are people who are really doing harm on SI. Find them. Lecture them. Then, when you are down to just people who aren't as consistent as you would like, get back to me.
