Betsy's Page Reportedly, Helen Thomas is very angry at her friend for reporting what she said about killing herself if Dick Cheney runs for president. This is just too, too funny. Is Helen saying that she doesn't know the rules about how to let a reporter know when she's speaking off the record? And what is she so angry about anyways? The fact that it is out in the open how much she detests both Bush and Cheney and thinks they're both liars? Oh, like that was a big surprise for anyone? Is she angry that people can see what a whack job she is? Come on, Helen. The only surprise is that you would preemptively kill yourself if he decided to run for the presidency and that you wouldn't even wait around to see if he were elected. I was surprised that she had so much confidence in a Cheney victory if he were to decide to run.
