RE: I suspect there are some wealthy conservative interests that are actually very pleased with the recent SC decision on eminent domain. It gives them a free hand to seize property and redevelop it at a profit I hope it is challenged and ovterturned.....clearly (IMHO), it is unconstitutional. Roads and highways are one thing; condos are another. How do condos benefit the "common good"????....the SC justices who voted for that ruling should have to answer that question.
