5 years, dude. Have you forgotten '03? Hey, maybe the new formula is even years, down in summer, odd years steady or up. They probably had a big secret confab and decided that every year going down in the summer just stretched the big cap/small cap valuation gap a little tooooo much. Then they'd actually have to research all the small caps, and . . . who would want to do that?
