Also, i have recently paid $1100 for a flight to Spain, vs $900 same time last year.

Hotels are about 15% more expensive vs last year.

And yes DVD players are cheaper. Things that you need and want on a daily, weekly and monthly basis are significantly more expensive.
Things that you buy once every 3-5 years are cheaper.
That is where disparity is.

Geez, even Tradelite is paying higher prices this year (at least he doesn't complain)
