EZEN has tax loss carryforwards to last about $50m or so i think...

EZEN- large tax carryforwards are correct. The issue, as I recall, was if the earnings were quoted before or after the tax carryforward credit, causing uncertainty regarding the eps for Q1. Agree it will be awhile before EZEN pays any income tax.
