I am focusing on health and going to be more efficient. Missed my beauty appointment today by over sleeping as I was exhausted after all the traveling I did with my sister, her daughter who brought her down here, my daughter and her daughter. Whew, lots of daughters here and many miles traveled in three days. Did have a lot of fun and much laughter among us. Thank you for my words today, they were very appropriate. It's very nice to have an understanding hairdresser, but I will pay him for the time I missed next week, didn't ask for it but I believe it is the thing to do. Being a night owl, I think I fell off my perch. Going to concentrate on more healthy habits now and getting more rest which is important for us elder population. <gg>
