Hi MM, Too bad the bill does next to nothing to address mileage. 40% of our oil use is for car/truck transport. Saw some interesting charts yesterday showing how quarter mile times for vehicles have plunged over the past 10 years, weight on average is up several hundred pounds per vehicle, and mileage overall is down, don't remember the exact figure but it's close to 2mpg as I recall. Given the large weight increase of the average car/truck, and generous power increases, I suppose we should give the engineers some kudos that mileage isn't worse. Best regards, John
