Colleen-You Hippa idiot, These regs provide for health care workers with 1st hand intimate knowledge of an individuals health condition and disperse inappropriately it to be punished. Bender may be guilty of some form of slander (not sure) but not Hippa violations. I suppose you are going to turn in every pastor in the country that pleads for his flock to pray for Mr. Smith, who is having gall bladder surgery on Tuesday. "Trust me"...no way...You slant everything and then go back to sit on your fencepost.
