And somebody should have the guts to tell these "homeowners" they do not own anything until the "mortgage burning ceremony", and even after that, they will be "renting" their homes from the city and county forever and ever...

Yeah, I read that and I almost sent Farrell an email. Not only doesn't Farrell understand what happened, he attempts to misrepresent Mark Zandi (an actual smart guy). ROFLOL.
