OTOH, I doubt if the failed London explosions were just chance, and the police have plenty of suspects to question now..

Seems you agree with me there :)

I'm amused by the way Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf is banning foreign students from studying at Pakistani madressas because, "We will not allow madrassas to be misused for extremism, hatred being projected in our society.”

Its curious how these foreign students could be responsible for projecting extremism and hatred into Pakistani society.

The two nations most responsible for terrorism are Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, curiously described by the State Department as two of our closest allies.

"half million pounds of extra funding a day spent on policing London after the first wave of suicide bombings on July 7."

This funding, stressed John O’Conner, a former Scotland Yard commander, “is not sustainable indefinitely. It has been good value and money well spent.” However, he disagreed with Lord Stevens, the former Metropolitan Police chief, and London Mayor Ken Livingstone, that the terrorist threat and situation can go on for the next 20 years.

There will many more bom scares! Many more leads o follow! Many more suspects to arrest.
