this money is being thrown away on pet projects for their districts. both sides of congress need to be thrown out. Where I live, a significant portion will be spent on bike and walking trails, instead of potholes, busted concrete, improved on and off ramps, and increased lanes on the highways/expressways/freeways. And our two senators will be so proud of themselves!
