True.

But, like I said, the WH HAS NOT made a claim of 'executive privilege' in this matter (they are free to assert one if they wish, I guess).

Instead, they have only claimed 'lawyer-client privilege', so the court precedent against that claim, established by the Ken Starr investigation is spot-on.
