And, as the CFO said, OE has to be cut from 80 million this quarter to 60 million next quarter...that's going to be tough and no doubt painful.

If it can be done then, based on 150 to 175 million revenue per quarter, less the 60 million, leaves 90 to 115 million and that should make SGI profitable.

The CC also said the next 90 days are critical to improve liquidity (read: loans)and restructure (read: sell more stuff & layoffs) otherwise, I suspect, the lenders won't come through.

So, Alix Partners have their work cut for them; but they've been on the job for about 2 months already and I expect we are going to hear more on restructuring pretty soon.
