Bush cheated in 2000 and 2004. 2000 he stole it from Gore in Florida with his brother's help and the GOP consulting firm Choicepoint which slashed 57,700 black voters from the rolls. In Ohio 2004, at least 35,000 black voters were not allowed to vote (8 hours waiting in line does that) but the Deibold fraud may also be responsible for throwing the entire election. California tests on Diebold machines show a 10% error rate, enough to swing the election. In 2002, Bush started selling the Iraq War (and lying in the process) in a way which he used to swipe that election, branding anyone who disagreed with him as "not concerned with national security". It was a huge lie and scam against the American people and enabled corporate lobbyists and pork barrel spenders to totally take over congress. This has cost us hundreds of billions. Bush's smear campaigns against war heros in all three elections were also atrocious, just evil. So will cheaters and liars ever win again? We'd better hope not or this democracy is shot.
