Seen the name on the RRECI thread but didn't really follow his comments. I think real estate goes up for a while yet in the US. Maybe through 2007. You might not see much appreciation in the bubble markets and moderate elsewhere, Just a guess though.... As I see it only 35% of the US is in the bubble. Anywhere where renting isn't half the cost of buying (after tax and assuming you aren't hit by the AMT) isn't bubblized :)
