Cool!
We'll take a road trip there. We're not that far away. That sounds excellent! Thanks so much for the URL. My mother lived for a while in Sebastopol, many years ago.

I'm a huge fan of raspberry lambic- which is a Belgian fruit beer, and it tastes like the essence of pure raspberry. Lovely stuff- not sweet at all. I don't like the peach, cassis and the cherry varieties, but other people do.

When we were in Scotland we used to go to Moniack castle to buy their fruit wines. They had a marvelous Peary- made from pears- which was clear, and a little bit sweet, about the same sweetness as a sweet riesling. Good stuff. I miss it. Moniack does not ship their wines to the US, unfortunately. They made a killer mead, as well.
