I think with China, India and Latin America (not to mention illegal and legal immigration into the gas guzzling USA) cranking along that we'll be lucky to see $50 much less $40. Sure, it will back and fill a little just to keep everyone hooked on gas guzzling but that will just be the pause that refreshes the next run on up to 65+.
