Of course Rice, the hugely incompetent NSA who did NOTHING before or after 911 to help prevent terrorism, is responsible. She's the most incompetent NSA ever. On top of that she thinks she's married to Bush. She's a freakshow all on her own. I'm wondering if the WH is leaking the notion that Powell had the memo on AF1. Are they going to pin it on Powell? They don't like Powell, Powell told them at least some of the truth and then they gave Powell total baloney to peddle before the UN. They'd love to get away with pinning it squarely on Powell.
