Thanks for the update. It definitely looks like a land rush to me. I kind of like the little neighborhoods created by the canals in CC and a lack of retail has never bothered me much, it seems Ft. Myers has more than enough to spare.

I'd like to get a hold of the maniac who came up with the street naming scheme in Cape Coral....although I've had it explained to me by several locals it still seems hopelessly complicated.
