Russ I mentioned last week my mother in law sold here 1000 sq ft. home built in 1953 in North Bend for cash at $147,500.00.

No view, needs a lot of work, 300sq ft. of that was an add on.

4-5 years ago it would have sold for 75K.

When do you think these ludicrous price increases will stop and how do you see the after math unfolding? Just a guess if you have time, I know this is all conjecture for now.

A lot of people are changing handles at SI. Instead of loantech maybe I should change my handle to bankruptcyenabler.

HAHA - they list being close to beach like it is a positive, I already post link showing beach area 10 times more dirty than non beach area - beaches make you sick - and sand is infested with bacteria and germs. RE landscaping costs, I already post somewhere else for recently illegal cuban that cant speak english they want to charge me 200 bucks a cut for an 80x60 foot yard - they are getting it, back in ga I can can get college educated professional landscaper to do it for 25 bucks. Time to take up that grass and put down rock yard with stone pebbles.

I have the house on the market, turnout is unbelievable, 21 people in less than 5 days - but it still has not sold. Have to raise my price higher.
