Could be, but there are lots of low wage English speakers in Africa too, yet the continent is not a software powerhouse. I get your drift. I think Dr. Lawrence Summers has the same thinking process. He would like to "challenge us" and think "out of the box". perhaps there is more to it than just sociology. What is wrong with pursuing intellectual honesty? Dr. Summers has all kinds of academic credentials and honors. But in this area, he is just like everyone else. He does not know very much. He is plain stooopid.
