It has been proven over and over-both at the time and afterword-and certainly won't be dispelled by more Leninist propaganda from YOU. But the "provisional ballot" inhibitor was just an accidental stop gap against the Democrat fabricators. You will now see the Democrat operatives encouraging their zombies NOT to ask for them in 2006 and beyond. The states (where this battle must take place) are STILL fighting to gradually eliminate the cluster of Democrat crimes that resulted in the false popular count of 2000. What can the Congress do? Very little. But they CAN take measures to ensure that left wing judges can't interfere when states FINALLY come around to the ONLY solutions that can fully restore the integrity to our democracy after the great fabrication of 2000: Proof of IDENTITY. Proof of RESIDENCE. Proof of LITERACY. Charlatans like the Democrats go out of business if these three simple fundamentals are followed...
