But of course all that debt has already created inflation, asset inflation and other bubbles. That money went somewhere. And there is still lots of new easy money to be had. Greenspan and sundry apologists don't seem too concerned about any bubble. It is to be expected, I suppose. To look at it another way, the US dollar has already depreciated when measured against assets.

The US is not alone, as nearly all countries are in the same boat. All fiat currencies are depreciating when measured against real assets and lately commodities.

Which makes me wonder how temporary these bubbles really are.
