Zhou Xiao Chuan has asked Chinese exporters to try to use as much Euro and Yen as possible. This means China may stop buying more US debt, and switch to more Yen and Euro.

Other news when Euro declined to 1.2:$1, China has sold some US debt and exchange them into Euro.

This is good news, looks like China finally realizes they cannot keep buying US debt any more.
