According to my Saudi friend, they all knew something big was coming. The rich Saudis all hang in Dubai, London and Paris and the buzz was great amongst them. The CIA knew it too and warned Bush-Rice. They did nothing.

I am beginning to believe Bush-Cheney knew something was coming and intentionally let it happen, though they probably didn't expect it would be anything so big. Or else, they're just totally inept and didn't care. Either way, it's impeachable.

What exactly were they to do with that chatter
Ashcroft thought the chatter was strong enough that he quit flying commercial planes. They could have at least warned the public to be more aware and alert, not to mention Norad.
