Lending has really changed. I no longer enjoy it. Am I hurting people or helping them now?

<I hope that there is no way that prudent homeowners can be saddled with the consequences of the impatient and foolish extravagance of people who have taken on these impossible obligations. I do think that credit-pushing borders on criminal activity.
