I drove up to Maine yesterday... one of the places I went was Kennebunkport, where the Bush family home is. It's a rather Republican area, but I asked a number of people at Alisson's, a local restaurant, what they thought of our current President Bush. Though I only spoke to one person that was clearly a Democrat (she liked Clinton), none seemed to like Dubya, even though most indicated that they liked him at one point or another. There was a lot of talk like "he tried to continue Daddy's war and completely screwed it up."

Earlier in the day, I got really drunk on Ogonquit Beach (11 miles south of Kennebunkport) and threw up all over a dune. Well, nothing the President never did!
